I am not shocked by distress or suffering. I am willing to connect with you wherever you are.
Brief bio
After studying Medical Anthropology at the University of London I studied Shiatsu in Bath and Brighton, graduating with my diploma in 2007. I completed my MRSS in Shiatsu in 2010 and am currently studying a post-graduate course in Movement Shiatsu with Bill Palmer, a founder member of the Shiatsu Society.
I have been studying Shiatsu, buddhism and shamanism for many years, worked with learning disabilities and mental health and travelled extensively around the world.
I have studied counselling skills, and undertaken training in mental health for the NHS. I practice Tibetan Buddhism and have studied with Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, qi gong, shamanism and yoga and am a musician and writer.
